Philip James Elliot (October 8, 1927 – January 8, 1956) was a Christian missionary to Ecuador, where he was killed by Huaorani Indians.

    Thanks Boz for your encouraging post. I clicked on the link about Jim Elliot and noticed that the movie, End of the Spear, was his mission. He was certainly a Man of God. That movie was inspiring!

    Thx Boz for that quote. I remember watching that movie and thinking about the legacy James left in this world. We watched the Tony Dungy "Quiet Strength" DVD tonight and he also talked about leaving a legacy. I hope you enjoy the movie. We missed you brotha but please send our prayers to your brothers.
