WELCOME

Thank you for visiting our blog today. It is our goal to become a beacon of God's light in our families, our community, and the world. This blog was created to share with the world our adventures of inspirational devotions, testimonies, and prayer led discussions. We invite you to visit often and please leave comments that we can share with the world. One simple sentence can change someones perspective for that hour, day, week, month, or year! Let's be a united force of believers and non-believers that are seeking God's presence in this rough and tough world.

Many Blessings,

HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

So this is the first official post of the B.I.T.E. blog! It is always difficult starting something new because the learning curve can be brutal and the results can be just as evident. The goal of this blog is to become a place on the web where we can be fed with God's love and spirit. It is my hope that as the list of people following this blog grows, transparent personalities begin to develop in our lives. I encourage all of you reading this, to share your own personal testimony of your salvation with us. Through our testimonies, personal devotionals, prayer request, and simple stories of how God has answered prayers, we can encourage ourselves and others in this world to grow in faith that God is with us. This is where we can share all of it.

B.I.T.E. is an acronym for "Believe In The Eternal." We are a group of believers that know God's greatest gift is salvation through the faith of His son Jesus' sacrifice on the cross.

The idea of B.I.T.E. came from a Men's group that meets every Thursday. One of the men (Jason) has a tendancy to get very excited about his golf ball flight and always yells, "BITE, BITE!" This quickly became an inside joke for all of us, but without much warning, we began to try and find meaning behind the word. It did not take long to come up with "Believe In The Eternal" and so this is how B.I.T.E. Ministry began. Thanks again for visiting for the first time and we look forward to seeing you come back time and time again.

Jesus said, "God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."
~ John 3:16 ~
